Blueberry Almond Bread

Time for something out of the ordinary for me, a bread recipe, but this one is worth breaking my routine! The Blueberry Almond Bread recipe is an amazing recipe you guys will all love.

Blueberry Almond Bread Recipe

Total Time 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1-1/4 Cups Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda

Instructions
 

  • Toss Blueberries in 1 Tbsp. of flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  • Mix all of your dry ingredients, fold in wet ingredients into the dry. Once completely mixed add in your tossed blueberries. Be careful so you don’t destroy and break them all open.
  • Pour batter into coated loaf pan, and bake should be about 45 minutes to an hour, until you can check with a toothpick by inserting it if nothing sticks your bread is done.
  • Allow to cool for about an hour, then transfer to a rack to let cool the rest of the way.
