Breakfast Tart

Happy Monday everyone! Let’s start this week off with an awesome little Breakfast Tart. This is a really quick and simple recipe that make breakfast a bit fun. I know this one is like a breakfast pizza but the puff pastry is so much easier to work with (well for me it is). It is also really easy to customize this one. You can add any of your favorite breakfast ingredients to this one to make it perfect for you! When you do try this one do me a favor, take a picture of it and post it to my Facebook page.

Breakfast Tart Recipe

Total Time 30 minutes
Course Breakfast
Cuisine Asian
Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Bacon Strips
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Puff Pastry
  • 1 Cup White Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400˚.
  • Lay puff pastry on prepped baking sheet, fold in about 1/2" of the edges. .
  • Next place cheese on top of puff pastry creating 3 wells for your eggs.
  • Crack eggs into wells, and place bacon on top avoiding the egg.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes depending on how you like your eggs.
  • Remove cut and serve.
