It’s Monday again… I know no one looks forward to Mondays, but I have something to brighten it for you! How about some awesome Buffalo Chicken Cheese Sticks. Yup that’s right I am taking Mozzarella sticks and mixing them with an amazing buffalo chicken. This is such a cool little recipe they need to start serving these somewhere! lol This recipe is seriously a favorite around here, it isn’t too hard to make and the flavor is just out of the world. Buffalo Chicken Cheese Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups Chicken Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 oz. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 Cups Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 3 Cups Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a fork until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Roll into roughly 4″ x 1″ rolls or sticks. Lay on a baking sheet and freeze until solid, at least one hour.
- One by one, bread each stick by coating in flour, then dredging in egg and then bread crumbs. Dip once more in the egg, then once more in the bread crumbs, and transfer to a baking dish.
- Heat the oil to 375˚F.
- Carefully lower about three or four of the coated sticks into the oil and fry for about 30 seconds, until golden brown. Continue this until all of the sticks are fried.
