This one is so fast and so simple it will become your new go-to! This awesome Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak is the perfect lunch, dinner snack, or whatever it is- just perfect! Simple Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Softened
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Onion Sliced
- 1 Jalapeño Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 8 Provolone Cheese Slices
Instructions
- Place chicken in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Mix 2 tablespoons of butter and garlic powder, spread garlic butter onto the rolls.
- Remove chicken from the freezer, thinly slice.
- Heat your griddle over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil. Add the onion and jalapeño and saute for 8 – 10 minutes until they have softened. Transfer to a bowl and keep covered. Place rolls on griddle until toasted.
- Place chicken on the griddle and top with buffalo sauce. Cook tossing occasionally until chicken is completely cooked. Place chicken in rows and top each with 2 slices of provolone.
- Using a spatula scoop chicken and cheese and place in the roll, top with sauteed vegatables and dig in!
