Buffalo Mushroom Bites

It is… FRIDAY!!!! Yes I am so done with work for the week lol. I am still ramping up for my Superbowl menu. Today I am making a little bit healthier version of the classic buffalo wings. I am throwing down making some Buffalo Mushroom Bites! This is a really great tasting twist on something everyone always having so you are going to kill it! How to Make Buffalo Mushroom Bites

Total Time 30 minutes
Course Appetizer, bbq, Gameday

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Cups Cremini Mushrooms Stemmed
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumble

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425˚. In a shallow bowl place the melted butter, in a second the flour, in a third place the eggs and beat, in a 4th bowl place the bread crumbs.
  • Dip the mushrooms in the butter, then coat it in the flour, then the egg and last completely coat in panko.
  • Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Carefully dip all the mushrooms in the buffalo sauce so they are all coated. Place back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Once done put blue cheese dressing into the well where the stem was. Top with a blue cheese crumble and serve.
