What’s up?! I hope everyone had an AMAZING Christmas. I will say this I posted a couple pix over on Facebook with each member of my immediate Family, I know everyone who watches has seen my daughter Maddie, but if you want to see my wife or son.. head on over there lol. Ok that aside today I making a kick butt appetizer. I know everyone would think with the new year I would be doing healthier recipes. Nope I am prepping for the Superbowl! So we are making Buffalo Mushroom Poppers! Boom yup we are going all in on something awesome I know you guys will totally love so go ahead and give this one a try! Buffalo Mushroom Poppers Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Cremini Mushrooms
- 3 Bacon Slices Cooked & Crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Jalapeno Seeded & Diced
- 2 Cups Panko
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash and pat dry mushrooms, and remove stems. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeno. Stuff mushroom cavity with cheese mixture.
- Drag stuffed mushrooms through the flour, then eggs and last the panko.
- Fry coated mushrooms until golden brown about 1-2 minutes. Once cooked lay an a paper towel and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
