I was asked about a week ago if I had any keto friendly recipes. Well here you go =) I am making a Buffalo Stuffed Chicken Breast. This is a really quick recipe that you can make for dinner and pair with almost any side to make a complete meal. Go ahead and give this one a try I know you will guys will love it. How to Make Buffalo Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1 Pckt. Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚.
- Cut a pocket into each of your chicken breasts. Do not cut all the way through.
- In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning. Mix together and use mixture to stuff the pocket in each chicken breast.
- Bruch or pour buffalo sauce over chicken and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165˚ internally.
- Sprinkle with some ranch or blue cheese and serve.
