You guys know I love a great slider, so decided to make that the next recipe I would make with some of the awesome cheeses I picked up. The star of this one is Cabot’s awesome Horseradish Cheddar Cheese. The Horseradish Roast Beef Sliders is such a super simple recipe, one of those really quick and easy recipes. That OMG the flavor is so freaking good. the sautéed onions on this one along with that amHorseradish Cheddar.. just WOW! Go ahead and make this one for a Lunch, a dinner or heck a party finger food. I know you guys will totally love it.

Cabot Horseradish Roast Beef Sliders
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cabot Horseradish Cheddar Cheese Sliced
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- Salt
- 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb. Roast Beef Sliced
- 2 tbsp. Butter Divided
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium low heat, add in the onion, brown sugar and salt, stir and cook until soften, 5 to 10 minutes, remove to a bowl and set aside
- Place the bottom of the rolls in a baking dish, lay out 6 slices of cheese over the roll bottoms
- place roast beef on rolls, spoon the onions over each roast beef slice
- Lay out the remaining cheese over the top of those, place the tops of the roll on top of the cheese
- Melt remaining butter and brush over the tops of the rolls, sprinkle with the oregano
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melty and great
