It’s time for another great Puerto Rican recipe. This time it’s a nice hardy Puerto Rican Beef Stew.. a Carne Guisada. I make this one as taught to me by my dad and it is loved in my house. So go ahead and give this one a try I know you guys will love it!

Es hora de otra gran receta puertorriqueña. Esta vez es un guisado de carne de vacuno puertorriqueño agradable … un Carne Guisada. Hago esto como me enseñó mi papá y es amado en mi casa. Así que adelante y darle una oportunidad. ¡Sé que les encantará!

Carne Guisada/Puerto Rican Beef Stew Recipe | Episode 112

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Beef Cubed
  • 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 pkg. Sazon
  • 3 Potatoes Peeled and Cubed
  • 1 Cup of Carrots
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Olives
  • 1 Cup Cilantro Diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Sofrito
  • 2 Tbsp. Adobo
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Crushed Bay Leaves
  • Water enough to cover the stew
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
