Good morning and happy Saturday everyone! Being another weekend you know what that means? Time for another awesome Pancake of the week. Our temperatures are finally starting to dip, no longer is it 90 degrees with 90% humidity at 8am here in the Chicago area lol so that means I am gearing a little towards fall recipes. So I figured now would be a perfect time to break out my Carrot Cake Pancakes. My family and friends love carrot cake, and really get on me during football season to make some sweet treats for team get togethers lol. I end up making carrot cake a couple times a fall so I figured why not just throw down and make a breakfast version. Let’s be honest though this one is more for me than them lol. I mean it is another one of those breakfast for dessert recipes lol. Best part about them is not only do they freaking taste awesome is they are so easy to make. So go ahead guys give these a try I know you will love them. Oh! and when you do make sure to take a picture and post them to my Facebook page!
