I have done a lot of egg rolls on my channel, they are just something I have a ton of fun with. I have also been asked to do some more copycat recipes so I figured it was time for both types. So I did the Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Roll with a Cilantro dipping sauce. This one is lighter then most of the Egg Rolls I have done in the past but still makes a great appetizer.
Avocado Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
Egg Rolls
- 3 Avocados Halved
- 1 Roma Tomato Diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro Chopped
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt
- Pepper
- Egg Rolls Wrappers
Dipping Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Jalapeno Seeded and Diced
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic Clove Diced
- Lime Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
