Oh My God… That’s what I was thinking when I came across this recipe for the first time. I mean seriously it’s a Bacon Cheeseburger Soup! So it’s soup and a freaking bacon cheeseburger! I know I basically said that twice but are you actually getting the sheer awesomeness of this soup?! Lol Seriously though we make a lot of soups here, my wife loves them during the fall. I always tell her though if we are making soups we are making ones that I like and that really do it for me. This is one of those soups, it is a super hearty soup that is really filling and taste so darn good! This is one I will break out the next day and make a grilled cheese sit relax and just enjoy this perfect little lunch.
