I love making different kinds of egg rolls. Just seeing what will work rolled in that awesome little wrapper and fried up is always a blast. I mean some things really just don’t work when I try to stuff them in an egg roll, but you know what this one works.. I mean it REALLY works lol. The Chicken Taco Egg Roll is just incredible. This is one that when served for guests (who am I kidding make them just for yourself lol) they will really love these and ask you to make them all the time.

Chicken Taco Egg Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 lbs. Chicken Breast Chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 1 Tomato Diced
- 2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 Onion Diced
- Fresh Cilantro Diced
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
