Hey guys another week gone by! Wow we are already flying through 2019. That means it’s time for another Pancake of the Week here. What are we doing this week? Mixing breakfast with breakfast is what we are doing lol. I am making some Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes hahaha. You know these are freaking amazing sweet breakfast fun treats. This is perfect for that Sunday morning breakfast everyone in the family will love so make sure you guys give these a try. I know you will totally love them. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- 1-1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon Divided
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- Salt
Instructions
- In small bowl mix together 1 tsp. Cinnamon, Syrup and set aside until ready to use.
- In medium bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 1 tsp. of cinnamon. Stir in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch also.
- In a small bowl whisk together milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until ingredients are just combined.
- Heat pan skillet over medium heat add about 1/4 of batter at a time and cook on both sides until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour cinnamon syrup over pancakes and serve!
