Hey guys, it’s FRIDAY!! Finally the weekend is here lol. Time to kick back and relax and have a good time. So what better to have than a really cool little copy cat recipe? Yup we are making some Copycat KFC Potato Wedges. I like to occasionally have fun with copycat style recipes and this weekend is no different. I figured why not there little bad boys would be the perfect side for the burgers I was making, and I was totally right. This is a awesome alternative to just baking up some frozen fries that everyone that tries them will totally love! So go ahead guys make these and when you do take a pic and post them to my Facebook page!
