I am glad you guys liked the video with my little brother. He is on vacation in Mexico but soon as he gets back I will let him know you guys liked that video. For today though I am making the perfect little treat for the Super Bowl. I am making some Cornflake Chicken Tenders with an awesome Honey Mustard Sauce. Cornflake Chicken Tenders Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken Strips:
- 2 lb. Chicken Breasts Sliced
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 3 Cups Cornflakes Crushed
- 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375˚F. Slice chicken into long thin strips, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl whisk together egg and milk. In a second shallow bowl place crushed corn flakes. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the crushed cornflakes. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
- While chicken is baking in a small bowl mix together melted butter, and honey. In a second bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.
- When chicken is done cooking drizzle it with the butter, and honey mixture and put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
