Creamy Ham Casserole

Hey guys it’s Friday that means it’s time for another cool and fun recipe. Today I am going to throw down with some more comfort food. It is cold out so making these casseroles hits just right. This time I am making a Cream Ham Casserole! This is an amazing little dinner that everyone is going to love! You can add whatever you want into this dinner to personalize it too, won’t some onions, peas, maybe some bell pepper, or heck spice it up some jalapeño. Simple Creamy Ham Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Egg Noodles
  • 2 Cups Broccoli I used Frozen
  • 1 Cup Carrot Chopped
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 10oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 oz. Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Cups Ham Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  • In a large pot boil water. Add in carrots and egg noodles (if you are using fresh broccoli add them in here too) allow to boil for about 5 minutes, and drain.
  • In a large bowl combine milk, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ham, salt and pepper. Once combined fold in the noodles.
  • spread mixture into a 9×13 baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Until it is lightly browned.
