Hey everyone! We made it to Friday! I am so glad this week is over too, been a long one and it is nice and warm now so I want to be done in the office and back outside. So since we all want to head out and relax here is a super quick dinner that literally takes next to no time at all. This Creamy Lemon Pasta is the perfect little dinner. How to Make Creamy Lemon Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 Lemon
- 8 oz. Pappardelle Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Parsely
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook noodles per packages instructions.
- In a large bowl whis together the egg yolk, cream, parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. Zest the lemon in and then juice half of it and continue to whisk together until completely combined.
- Once pasta is cooked drain and add into sauce. Top with butter and toss noodles until they are covered. Cover the bowl and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
