Cuban Style Sliders

Woot Woot it’s Friday! Well I am still working form home so I can’t say it means I don’t go to work tomorrow as I don’t leave the house… but at least I don’t have to turn on my work laptop right? lol. Anyway I wanted to do something super SUPER easy. I decided some Cuban Style Sliders would fit that perfectly. This is a quick and easier lunch, dinner, party food what ever lol. There is never an occasion that sliders aren’t perfect for. When you guys decide to make this one make sure you take a picture and post it to my Facebook page.

Cuban Style Sliders

Total Time 38 minutes

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb. Deli Sliced Ham
  • 8 Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 4 to 8 Dill Pickle Slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 Stick of Butter Melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 375˚.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms into your baking pan.
  • Layer ham on top of rolls, then Swiss cheese, pickles and then close with top buns.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter, dijon and the dried minced onions. Pour mixture over the top of the closed sliders.
  • Top sliders with foil and place in the oven for 15 minutes, remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes, until the rolls are getting browned.
  • Remove from oven and slice sliders apart and serve.
