As I comb the East coast to create my state inspired burgers it came time to make one for Delaware. In doing the research for the Delaware Burger I came across Capriotti’s Bobbie Sandwich. From what I read this famous Wilmington establishment is well known for their thanksgiving left over sandwich so I thought… Let’s make that into a burger. I Tried a bunch of combinations that just didn’t work out. This one tough came out way better than I could have expected. Once I got the recipe right where I wanted it we came back over and over for seconds. Go ahead and give this very unique burger a try I know you will love it.
