Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Mac n’ Cheese

Okay so I have been seeing advertisements for Cheetos Mac N’ Cheese coming out and being sold in stores, so I decided I didn’t want to buy boxed Mac N’ Cheese I wanted to make it from scratch so boom! I did Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Mac n’ Cheese is so freaking cool and OMG I destroyed.. DESTROYED this after making this one. My son and his girlfriend finally sat down and chowed with his old man lol. Cool thing about this is you don’t have to use Flamin’ Hot Cheestos you can use ANY Cheetos that you like. So go ahead guys make this one I know you will love it! Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Mac n’ Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Flamin' Hot Cheetos Divided
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter Divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 8 oz. Elbow Macaroni
  • 1.5 Cups Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1.5 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup American Cheeses Shredded
  • Cayenne
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook Elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Pre-heat your oven to 350˚
  • Put 1-1/2 Cups of Flamin' Hot Cheetos into your food processor and pulse until you have crumbs. Add the Cheetos crumbs into your milk and set aside.
  • In a large pot melt 2 Tbsp. of butter, once melted whisk in your flour, add salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Allow to cook for about 1 minute.
  • Whisk in Cheetos flavored milk and bring to a simmer, allow to cook for about 5 minutes until it thickens up.
  • Add in all of your cheeses, mix together until melted and completely combined.
  • Add in cooked pasta, mix until pasta is completely coated. Place in a baking dish and place in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  • In a pan skillet melt down 2 more Tbsp. of butter. While the butter is melting pules the rest of your Cheetos in the food processor. Add Cheetos crumbs to the melted butter and allot to cook for a minute or two.
  • Once Mac N' Cheese is done cooking sprinkle Cheetos crumble over the top and serve.
