My tour of the 50 States of Burgers continues! This time I am thinking of the great state of Florida with all of it’s Caribbean influences. This was a fun one for us to come up with and I am sure you guys will enjoy trying it out! I decided to do a mixture of meats on this one, little beef and a little pork. Throw in some great mango salsa and you have the start of a great Florida Burger.
I really love doing these state inspired burgers. If this is your state and you have a better recipe that would make a good state burger for you let me know! I am always up for changing it up. I live in the midwest so will trust the people from the area =)
