Before I got married I lived in a small townhouse a couple towns over from where we are now. When the wife and I would go out to breakfast we would go a lot of times to Walker Brothers. Which by me is a SUPER busy breakfast restaurant… OMG the bacon there.. but that’s off track lol. When ever I would go over the menu I wold always see these German Oven Baked Pancakes and then just move right on to my omelette section and order my bacon omelette. Well my girlfriend at the time (now my wife of 10 years lol) Ordered it once, and man it was freaking cool. So when I started doing my series on Pancakes I decided that I was going to do one during this series. I looked over several version and played around until I found a way I like it. The recipe here is a nice basic one, you can easy top this with just about anything and be good. A little fruit some powdered sugar. If you guys do make this and try it make sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!
