So today’s recipe is another one from a Facebook poll. Wait what?! You don’t follow me on Facebook and don’t take part in my polls? Come on now I post those links EVERYWHERE lol. So go follow Facebook don’t be left out. Anyway lol, the recipe that won is Gingerbreads Bars! This is a cool fun little Christmas recipe you guys will totally dig. No more plain Gingerbread cookies it is now next level time for your Christmas treats. Hurry up guys you have a little bit of time to run to the store before they close for the Christmas Holiday to pick up the ingredients to throw down with this dessert. Gingerbread Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Cups Gringersnap Crumbs
- 1 Cup Coconut Shredded
- 1 Cup Cinnamon Chips
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Pecans Chopped
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
- 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 325, and coat 9×13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Cream butter in stand mixer or with electric hand mixer. Then stir in gingersnap crumbs, flour and baking powder.
- Press mixture into prepped baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut, cinnamon chips, and white chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top. Last sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to completely cool, then cut into bars.
