Hey guys! Hopefully everyone is holding up well and not going completely insane lol. I know being locked in with the kids all day every day was been… well it has been LMAO!!. Anyway guys I decided to have a little bit of fun this time around and use one of my favorite foods to make another one of my favorite foods lol. I went ahead and threw down to make a Gyro Pizza. I wasn’t sure if this was a thing so I went ahead and made it a thing. When I posted about making this one my Facebook all my friends kept hitting my up about the different versions they have had of this so I guess Gyro Pizza is a thing lol. Anyway you guys will love this one so when you do make it be sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!

Gyro Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1/2 Cucumber Peeled & Diced
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Dried Dill
- Garlic Powder to Taste
- Salt
- Pepper
Pizza:
- 1 Store Bought Pizza Crust
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tomato Thinly Sliced
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 2 Cups Lamb Meat Sliced
- 1 Cup Feta Cheese
- 1 Cup Tzatziki Sauce
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 400˚.
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together for the tzatziki sauce and set aside.
- Place your pizza dough onto your baking sheet or pizza stone, brush with the olive oil and place in the oven. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the crust just starts to turn golden brown.
- Remove dough from oven and layer the sliced tomatoes, onions, lamb and then sprinkle the feta on top. Place back into the oven for about another 4 to 5 minutes long enough for the crust to finish cooking.
- Remove from the oven spoon on tzatziki sauce, slice and serve!
