Ok this! This recipe is so freaking AWESOME. So the wife and I went to a new local restaurant. She ended up getting a burger with Habanero Mac N’ Cheese. Now it was really freaking good but no real heat to it. We learned it was made with a Habanero cheese NOT actual peppers.. WHAT!? So I said screw it I am making some with actual Habanero in it and boom!! Here is my Habanero Bacon Mac N’ Cheese Recipe. I have been on such a Mac N’ Cheese kick lately and this is easily one of my favorites now. If you guys like some heat this one is totally for you so go ahead and try it.
