Ham and Cheddar Hasselback Potatoes

Hey guys happy Monday! I had an amazingly busy weekend and sooo needed some recipes that I could do really quick yet still be a something good to eat. That brings me to today’s recipe. Some Ham and Cheddar Hasselback Potatoes!! Boom this is an amazing recipe that is super simple and a perfect recipe to serve anytime, lunch, dinner what ever the time you will totally love this one. Ham, cheese, potatoes.. the perfect food lol. So go ahead guys give this one a try I know you will love it and when you do make sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!

Ham and Cheddar Hasselback Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Potatoes

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • Sliced Ham
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut off ends of potatoes, about 1/2 inch on each side. Then make thin slices in the potatoes about 1/8 inch apart. Cut most of the way through the potato.
  • Microwave potatoes for about 15 minutes.
  • While potatoes are heating thinly slice your ham and your cheese.
  • Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl, set aside until ready to use.
  • Once potatoes are done place them on a baking sheet. Place ham and cheese in the slices of the potatoes alternating between each.
  • Pour sauce over the potatoes and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 400˚.
