Ham Gouda and Roasted Garlic Sliders

WOW! What a hectic few weeks!! I am not saying it was bad, just hectic. I do have a few cool videos coming from my time on vacation so look for those this weekend. Today though we are wiping up a simple little slider that everyone will love. We are making some Ham Gouda and Roasted Garlic Sliders! You guys will fall in love with these the instant you try them. Super Simple Ham Gouda and Roasted Garlic Sliders

Prep Time 40 minutes
Course Appetizer, Gameday, Lunch
Cuisine American
Servings 12 Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 12   Dinner Rolls
  • 2/3 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1 Garlic Head Roasted
  • 1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
  • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 12 Ham Slices
  • 8 oz. Gouda Cheese Shredded
  • 3 Tbsp Butter  Melted
  • 2 Tbsp Everything Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F. Peel all the garlic cloves and place in the center of a piece of foil. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap tightly and place in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • In a food processor add roasted garlic, mayonnaise, both mustards and pulse until smooth. Reduce oven temperature to 350˚F.
  • Slice dinner rolls in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish, spread garlic mayonnaise over the over them. Layer ham and shredded gouda and place tops of rolls on the top.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with Everything seasoning, place in the oven and back about 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
