Healthy Kale Potato Soup Recipe
Healthy and delicious!? Yup this one sure is =)

Ingredients
- 3 Slices of Bacon Chopped
- 1-3/4 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes Peeled and Diced
- 1 Green Onion Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp. Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 10 Cups Kale Stems Removed and Chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Almonds Chopped
