Who says eating healthy can’t taste good? Well not me and this recipe is proof. This is a great recipe to make as a side dish for a healthy dinner or heck this could be dinner itself! Healthy Kale Potato Soup Recipe

Healthy and delicious!? Yup this one sure is =)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Slices of Bacon Chopped
  • 1-3/4 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes Peeled and Diced
  • 1 Green Onion Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tsp. Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 10 Cups Kale Stems Removed and Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Almonds Chopped
