This book is chalked full of not only great recipes that are simple, easy, and delicious, but also amazing visuals and artwork. Truly a must-have for parents looking for simple and healthy meals for their kids! Oh and one tiny awesome fact, the kids themselves can primarily make most of these with little to no help from Mom and Dad!!

This books has all the recipes similar to how my grandmother cooked. Very easy to follow. Will definitely be using the recipe's. Gifted one to my sister since she too wants to have some traditional recipes.

I was looking for easy recipes that I could for our family of five and that my college aged daughter could use for herself as well. This book did both! I follow the author on social media and enjoy his recipes so I knew the food would be good. His recipes are always easy to follow.

This is such a wonderful intro to Puerto Rican cooking! We’re visiting the island for the first time and this book was in our rental, & I’m so glad. The author speaks to the reader like you’re just hanging out learning about the food from a friend. I’m actually vegan but I’m buying this book anyway bc the meals can be veganized and I love the way it’s written. Includes every basic meal, includes ingredient swaps, and doesn’t make any recipe feel above the reader. Very approachable, love it!

I love this cookbook! Tony Rican makes cooking delicious recipes simple and easy. I also enjoy his YouTube channel, which is a blast to watch. The recipes are simple to follow but taste like you're making elevated, gourmet food. It has been easy to use, I have mostly every item already at home (which is a huge plus that I haven't had to go out and buy a ton of new ingredients), and the recipes are written so that it is easy to follow. I recommend pan-seared steaks with gorgonzola sauce, Thai-style chicken with coconut milk, hoisin braised beef, and easy shrimp paella! This is a great cookbook, the best I have used.
