Italian Beef Stromboli

Hey guys! Here we are another Monday. I am not sure if that’s a good thing because I already miss the weekend lol. So how about a weekend-worthy recipe? I am going to take a Chicago classic and shake it up a bit. We are gonna make an Italian Beef Stromboli! If you don’t know the joy of an amazing Italian Beef I will say this you are TOTALLY missing out lol. Now roll that bad boy into a stromboli and bam! You are a winner on so many levels, let’s be honest this is PERFECT for football season. Invite everyone over, serve this and it will totally slay! The Best Italian Beef Stromboli

Total Time 35 minutes
Course Appetizer, Dinner, Gameday, Lunch, Main Course

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Italian Beef
  • 1 lb. Provolone Cheese Sliced
  • 1 Cup Hot Giardiniera
  • 1 Cup Roasted Red Peppers Sliced
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1 Egg Beaten

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  • lighlty flour working area, roll out the pizza dough so it is roughly a 12 x 14 rectangle.
  • Down the center layer half of the cheese long way, followed by half the Italian Beef, giardiniera, roasted red peppers. Add a second layer of all the ingredients.
  • Fold in the short ends of the dough, then fold in the long ways. carfeully flip over and place on a parchment lined backing sheet. Brush with the beaten egg and put several slices along the top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, until the dough is a golden brown.
