Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl


Hopefully everyone had a great weekend. We had a nice little snow up here in the Chicago area, you know cold covered in ice now lol. A little football on the TV, how did your team do? Well today we have a cool little gameday food for the meat eater lol. This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl is such a cool little recipe, easy to make and sure to satisfy as a new go to comfort food. On top of all that it is easy modify to your tastes. When you try it you will love it, and when you do make sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page.

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl Recipe

Total Time 45 minutes
Course bbq, Dinner

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Cups Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 8 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mix together beef, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Break into 4 equal portions, and form into a bowl. You can use a can or a jar to help form them.
  • Melt butter in a pan/skillet and sauté the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In each bowl layer cheese, mushrooms, bacon and more cheese.
  • Place on a baking sheet with tin foil, tent with another sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
