Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

Hey guys, I know a lot of people are stuck at home, after tonight here Illinois there is no dine in so how about a restaurant quality appetizer? These Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries would fit in on any menu, and would totally kill it! These are quick, simple and best of all they are 100% a crowd pleaser. My picky 15 year old (I won’t be able to say that in a couple of weeks ugh 16 soon!!) even came down stairs and destroyed half of the skillet lol. So go ahead guys give this one a try I know you will fall in love with it. When you do make it be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page!

Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 to 7 Chicken tenders
  • 1 Bag Frozen Fries I prefer the extra crispy
  • 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 1/3 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 5 Green Onions Diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a fryer or on the stove top to 350˚.
  • Cook chicken tenders and fries until fully cooked. While they are frying start pre-heating to your oven 400˚.
  • Once cooked chop the chicken tenders into bite size chunks, place in a bowl and toss in about a 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce.
  • Line a baking sheet or a cast iron skillet with your cooked fries, next layer the mozzarella cheese, chicken, pepper jack cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Place in oven and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble. Remove from the oven and drizzle the the rest of the buffalo sauce on and top by sprinkling with parsley and diced green onions.
