This ain’t your boxed Mac and Cheese, this is a REAL Loaded Mac N’ Cheese. I know a lot of people think the box stuff is the same but trust me this is heads and shoulders above anything you will find in the store. This has an awesome smokey flavor to it that just makes it pop!
Loaded Mac N’ Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- Box of Elbow Noodles
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 5 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Cups of Milk
- 8 oz. Gruyere Cheese Shredded
- 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Shredded
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Mustard
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- Cook and strain noodles.
- Heat the butter and flour on medium in a large sauce pan ( I used a smaller one for filming just because it is easier to see into). Cook until brown. In a separate pat heat milk until it’s almost a boil. Slowly add the milk into the flour/butter mixture. Slowly add cheeses into mixture. Lastly add your spices and liquid smoke cook on low until nice and creamy.
- Mix your Cheese sauce into your noodles… boom! You have just completed the best ever Mac N’ Cheese you will EVER Eat!
