One of my favorite comfort side dishes is mashed potatoes. Ok let’s be honest, anything potato is freaking awesome lol. Loaded Mashed Potatoes though are something above and beyond. I know at some point we have all send screw the main course I just want freaking mashed potatoes! If you have watched my channel you know I love my egg rolls to, and figured why not stuff the egg rolls with mashed potatoes! Yes!! Loaded Mashed Potato Egg Rolls!! Life doesn’t get much better than this lol. Now for mine I made mashed potatoes from scratch if you have left overs you can just use those or if you want you can use instant to make them much quicker. This is the type of appetizer that just surprises people who didn’t even think such a thing existed lol. Go ahead and whip up a batch, you know better make it two you are likely to eat most of them your self they are so good =)
