Loaded Queso Dip

Hey everyone how is #TeamTR today =) lol see what I did there? Anyway with as hectic as things have been I needed to break out something super quick and easy that wouldn’t take me long to make or edit but that you guys would like. So with all that in mind i decided to go with a Loaded Queso Dip! This is a super quick recipe that is perfect for any get together because we know you guys are itching to hang out with friends lol. Loaded Queso Dip Recipe

Total Time 25 minutes
Course Appetizer, dip
Cuisine American, Texmex
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3/4 Cup Ale
  • 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
  • 14.5 oz. 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes, Partially Drained
  • 1 Cup Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Pepper Flake

Instructions
 

  • In a pan/skillet brown and break up ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste as it cook.
  • Drain grease from the pan and add in red pepper flake and beer allowing to cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in your cheeses stirring as it melts to make sure everything is mixed together.
  • Once the cheese is melted add in the rest of the ingredients. Adding in the juice from the rotel if you want a thinner dip consistency.
