Usually eating lobster is something reserved for special occasions a luxury night out. Sometimes though you just want some lobster you know. No frills nothing special your just in the mood to treat yourself a little to an awesome lobster lunch. This Lobster Roll is perfect for that occasion. Not an overly complicated recipe with just a hint of a bite to it makes the perfect lunch time treat. Other than the lobster itself I had everything sitting around the house already ingredient wise, so the trip to the store was a short one on this recipe. So go ahead make up some slaw crack open a brew and dig into this one.
