Hey all, hope everyone had an amazing weekend. Well, here we are another Monday, which means it’s time for another cool recipe. This time I am going to throw down with a mash-up that makes a great little dinner. We are making some Mac N’ Cheese Stuffed Meatballs. That’s right we are taking that mac n’ cheese everyone loves and stuffing it into meatballs. This one is quick and simple and yet over the top cool. How to Make Mac N’ Cheese Stuffed Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp. Onion Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1-1/2 oz. Cheddar Cheese Cubbed
- 1 Cup Mac N' Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- In a medium bowl combine beef, onion, egg, panko, shredded cheese, and pepper. Mix together and separate into 10 equal portions.
- One at a time flatten the meat out, scopp in about 1 Tbsp. of Mac N' Cheese, 1 cube of cheese. Fold the meat around the filling and seal shut. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, do this with all of the meat.
- Brush lightly with BBQ sauce and place in oven for about 25minutes, until meat is cooked all the way.
