Mini Quesadillas

We made it to another Friday! Sweet, no wrestling tournaments this weekend so I get to chill and relax… and cook lol. Tonight’s recipe is a super simple and super quick little appetizer that is perfect for any get together or heck, just make some of these great little Mini Quesadillas for a night in chilling out. These are really quick and simple to make, and even easier to customize to any style of quesadillas you like. So go ahead guys throw down and make this awesome little appetizer, and when you do make these mini quesadillas be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page.

Mini Quesadillas Recipe

Total Time 25 minutes
Course Appetizer
Cuisine American
Servings 10 Quesadillas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pckg Street Taco Tortillas
  • 4 Cups Jalapeño Jack Cheese Shredded
  • 1 4 oz. Can Diced Jalapeños Drained
  • 1 4 oz. Can Drained Green Chilies Drained
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 400˚F.
  • In a large bowl mix together your cheese, chilies, jalapeños, and onion.
  • Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and salt. Place butter side down on a baking sheet and scoop cheese mix into the center of each tortilla.
  • Place in oven and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, long enough fo the cheese to get nice and melted.
  • Allow to col a little bit and fold in half, and serve.
