So I decided I wanted to start doing some Puerto Rican fusion recipes. Puerto Rican food is a great cuisine most people just don’t know about at all, so I thought why not go ahead and make some fusion recipes! Here is my first one I decide to mix my Father’s favorite Thanksgiving recipe and his favorite Puerto Rican recipe, so I present Mofongo Stuffing/Dressing.

- 1 Onion Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1/4 Cubanelle Peppers Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Aji Dulce Peppers Chopped
- 1 Aji Caballero Pepper Chopped
- 2-3 Tomatoes Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Green Plantains
- 1 oz. Chicharones/Pork Rinds
