My Montana Spicy Bison Burger!

It’s time for another State inspired burger! The only thing that sucks about this is I am almost done with this little series. The Montana Burger is my second to last =( and I am loving doing these. I will definitely do a lot more burgers when I am done with this series though. Anyway to the topic at hand! What to make for the Montana Burger. I decided to base this one around Bison and just build an amazing burger from that. I have worked with Bison a few times before and just starting playing with combinations to make a great burger.. then I made it Spicy =) lol so go ahead and give this one a try!
