So my son is 11 and I wanted to make him a treat for his birthday but he doesn’t like cake, seriously WTF!? Anyway the kid doesn’t like regular cake so a normal birthday cake just wouldn’t do for him. So this is an easy one an excuse to make an easy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake. You guys will LOVE this one.

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Package Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 4 Packages Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 8 oz. Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Line the 13 x 9 pan with foil. Coarsely chop 15 of the cookies; set aside. Finely crush the rest of the cookie; mix with butter. Press firmly onto bottom of lined pan. Refrigerate while prepping filling.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer. Once blended add cookies and whipped topping. Once completely blended spoon over crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 ours or until firm….
