So everyone LOVED the Oreo Cheesecake I made ( you can check it out here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-C8oMjsJFA ). They killed it at my son’s birthday party so I decided to make a No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake. Another simple No Bake recipe that you guys will love.
No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 6 Tbsp Margarine melted
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4 pkg 8oz. each Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Strawberry Preserves
- 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
- 8 oz. Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 1/4 of sugar; press firmly into the bottom of 13×9 pan. Refrigerate while prepping the filling.
- Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer until blended. Add preserves; mix until blended. Place fresh strawberries in a small bowl add 2 Tbsp. mash with fork. Stir strawberries into cheese mixture. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon over crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 ours or until firm….
- Eat (and enjoy) that Cheesecake!!
