When ever it comes time for me to do a state inspired burger I like to look into local cuisine to see what stands out. Maybe a state fruit, a local food or something that originated in that state. For Ohio I came across the Polish Boy Sandwich and said I NEED to turn that into my Ohio Burger! I mean this is a layered sandwich like you haven’t seen before. This was a lot of fun to make too, from making french fries from scratch too biting into this one and having all the sauces spilling all over! I mean come on is it really a good burger if it isn’t a messy burger? So go ahead and give my Ohio Polish Boy Burger a try!

Are you from Ohio? Do you have a burger recipe that better fits your state? Hit me up and let me know what it should be!
