Hey guys, it’s Saturday!! The Weekend is here and that means it’s time for another awesome pancake recipe. Last week I went WAY over the top with sweetness and making it almost a dessert. So today I decided I will take a step back from the dessert style pancake. I am still doing something with a nice sweet flavor to it, but nothing over the top. We are going to make some Peach Cobbler Pancakes! I love a good fruit pancake, heck fruit with breakfast period is pretty freaking sweet.. see what what I did there? Sweet lol j/k. Anyway jokes aside this is a really cool breakfast, it isn’t too difficult to make either. I mean come on whats better than a great tasting breakfast with some real fruit mixed it. You guys will totally LOVE this one once you give it a try. When you do make it, make sure to take a pic and post it to the Average Guy Gourmet Facebook page.
