Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

Happy Monday! Here we are at the beginning of the week… again hope you have a great week ahead. Even if you don’t have a great week planned, this recipe should be exactly what you need to brighten your week up. We are throwing down with some Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies! Yes, we are making some real next-level brownies, adding in some peanut butter cups and some oreo cookies and OMG does this end up an AWESOME treat you will love. Awesome Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 Sticks of Butter Melted
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1-2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs + 2 Yolks
  • 1-2/3 Cup Flour
  • tsp. Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • 15 Oreo Cookies Divided
  • 9-15 Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. and lightly spray a 9×9 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl mix together, melted butter, cocoa powder sugar and vanilla. Add in eggs and yolk, stirring until combined.
  • In a second bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Slowly add the butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix until completely combined. Hand crush about 12 Oreo cookies and fold them into the batter.
  • Put about half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and even out. Add a layer of peanut butter cups, then the rest of the batter. Crush the remaining cookies over the top of the batter.
  • Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, until the center is set.
