Peppermint Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Crust
- 9 oz. Chocolate Wafer Cookies
- 1/8 Cup Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter Melted
Filling
- 1 Envelope Plain Gelatin
- 1/4 Cup Cold Water
- 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream Divided
- 1 Cup Soft Peppermint Candy Crushed
- Garnish
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
- Crushed Peppermint
