Philly Cheesesteak Bites

Happy Friday everyone! We FINALLY made it this week is over. So what recipe do we go into the weekend with? Well how about some Philly Cheesesteak Bites! OMG these things are so freaking good. I know usually I go through a whole thing about how great the recipe is but what do I have to say. These are PHILLY CHEESESTEAK BITES! Let that sink in and you will be completely sold on this one just on that lol. Easy to make and well again it’s freakin’ Philly Cheesesteak. Ok enough joking around guys go ahead and give this one a try, when you do make it be sure to take a picture and post it to my Facebook page.

Philly Cheesesteak Bites Recipe

Prep Time 25 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Servings 18 Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Wonton Wrapers
  • 1 lb Roast Beef or Steak Shaved
  • 2 Cups Provolone Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350˚.
  • Heat oil in skillet/pan over medium heat. Sautee onions and green peppers until tender. Roughly 5 minutes then remove from pan.
  • Add in beef/steak to same pan along with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and pepper. Allow beef to cook all the way through. Remove from heat, drain and combine with vegetables.
  • Place 2 wonton wrappers in each in each cup of a muffin tin. Scoop roughly 2 Tbsp. of meat/veggie mixture into each cup. Top with shredded provolone cheese. 
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until wontons are crisp and cheese is melted.
