If you have watched any of my videos, or checked out any of the recipes on my website you know there are several things I like to revisit and keep making cool little variations of. Philly Cheesesteak is one of those. Sliders is another lol, so it was only a matter of time before I went ahead and put out my own Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe. I mean come on you had to know this one was coming down the pipe at some point lol. I mean these are little hand held bite size goodness! This is the perfect little food for any get together or heck an easy little dinner for a family night. So go ahead and give this one a try I know you guys will love it!

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 Dinner Rolls
- 1 Box Steak-Umms
- 1 Green Pepper Diced
- 1 Onion Diced
- 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls and place the bottoms in an 11″ x 7″ casserole dish. Cook the steak-umms in a skillet, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the steak-umms aside,
- Saute the pepper and onions until they are tender.
- Prep the bread by spreading a thin layer of mayo on the tops and bottoms of the rolls.
- When the meat, onions and peppers have finished cooking spread the steak-umms, then peppers, and onions evenly over the bottom pieces of bread in the casserole dish.
- Place a layer of provolone cheese over the peppers and onions.
- Place the top pieces of bread on top of the cheese and then brush the tops of the bread with a mix of melted butter and finally diced onions.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
