Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

So you guys know I love messing around with Philly Cheesesteak and Cheeseburger based recipes. So here is another one of those some awesome little Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells! A little pasta that great Philly Cheesesteak flavor and cheese sauce! OMG this is a killer little recipe I know all of you guys are going to love. This is a cool little recipe is an awesome appetizer or heck a little dinner for anyway you put it out for. This is one of those that is just different enough to peak everyones interest but a flavor you know will hit that home run (or in this case touchdown?) so you won’t have to worry about the family not liking it. So go ahead make this one you know you want to give it a try!

Total funny thing about this recipe. I filmed this on the day of the Super Bowl. Lol Yup on the day of the Super Bowl I made a Philly Cheesesteak recipe and Philly won.. not sayin’ but you know you’re welcome lol J/K!

Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells Recipe

Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Steak-Umms
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 Green Pepper Chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded or Cubed
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells Cooked
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the Steak-Umms to a large cast iron skillet and cook thoroughly.
  • Remove the Steak-Umms and add the butter and the onions and bell peppers.
  • Let brown for 1-2 minutes before stirring, then let brown for another 1-2 minutes before stirring again, add the Steak-Umms back into the pan. AddWorcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper into the pan and stir.
  • Take it off the heat and scoop it into the pasta shells.
  • Top each shell with Mozzarella Cheese.
  • Using the same pan add the beef broth, milk and cornstarch and whisk before turning the heat back on.
  • Add in the rest of the cheddar cheese a little at a time while whisking for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
  • Pour about half the sauce around the shells.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Serve with the remaining sauce.
